Welcome to the Essential Touch website.
At Essential Touch, the client always comes first. Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage are my specialties. Also, I have experience performing maternity massage and gentle massage for children, the elderly and cancer treatment patients. Wellness, rather than just health, is the goal here.
The difference between being "healthy" and being "well" is this...Health simply means there are no apparent problems, while wellness implies that there aren't any problems apparent AND potential problems are unlikely.
There are many sources of good information available to help you on your path toward wellness. I am happy to share those that have been helpful to me with anyone interested.
